COREOPSIS lanceolata Tickseed

Commonly known as Lance-Leaved Coreopsis, this plant has showy, deep yellow flowers on tall stems in June/ July. Height 16-24", plants outgrow weeds and hold the soil. Thrives in poor, sandy or rocky soils with good drainage. Can naturalize to form large colonies.
