Description
White- Tinged Sedge
Native sedge with narrow grass-like arching leaves
Spreads slowly from underground rhizomes and gradually form colonies
Best in moist location, but tolerates dry shade
Carex albicans is a good choice for creating a turf-like ground cover in dry shade. The dense tufts will spread, but not aggressively; great candidate for the rock garden in semi-shade. Height: 12-18"; spread: 12-18".
